My name is Chris Dunham and I am pleased to see that you have taken the time to view OUR WEB SITE !!

This web site, was originally designed, as a History of the times that I had spent over a number
of years, Living in Bridgwater
But as the site progressed, I was sadly made aware of the passing away of old friends

I have therefore, decided to change the format and to also include, as many of my friends and
any of their friends, who would also like to contribute.
Therefore during one of the reunion nights at the Pig and Whistle, obviously helped along
with a few Pints of local Grog, we decided to call the site !!!!

When you see some of the photos, that the Boys that have contributed, you may feel left out of things and
would therefore also like to Contribute.

Although I and also some of the other contributors were not born in Bridgwater,
we have become to consider it as our home town.

I was 16 when I moved to Bridgwater, this was due to my Father being transferred
from the North East (Newcastle) to the Power Station @ Hinkley Point.

I had some great times living in Bridgwater and obviously the best remembered
where the nights out at the many Clubs & Pubs - Skittles / Darts and Dancing
being the social life then as is it is today
